Writer · Publishing Production House

PublishingCreative DirectionBrand

A publishing production house I built to bring my writing into the world. Paperback Farm is built around the belief that a book is not just a story delivered to you — it is a conversation between the writer's words and the reader's imagination. Surface, the first book in The Path Not Taken saga, is the first of many.

Full-Funnel Intelligence

Architect · Marketing Intelligence Ecosystem

Marketing OpsData InfrastructureAI

Framework for Attribution and TAM Enablement. A fully integrated marketing intelligence ecosystem — from data capture across every buyer touchpoint, to attribution dashboards, to an AI layer that transforms raw data into buyer intelligence, campaign research and campaign architecture.

Before Zeus, getting a complete picture of marketing performance meant logging into every platform individually, pulling data manually and stitching it together into a report. It was time consuming, error prone and by the time it was ready, it was already out of date.

Zeus changed that. I integrated a full ecosystem including a chatbot platform, virtual event platform, in person event platform, intent data platform, sales intelligence platform, conversation intelligence platform, content experience platforms and website interactions covering visits, form fills, email opens and clicks, all feeding into the marketing automation platform with a consistent, structured data model. Every interaction is tagged at source using a UTM framework I designed to capture source, medium, campaign, platform and interaction type with precision.

To ensure data integrity across parallel and back to back engagements, I built a priority based flow system using buffer fields that gives the system the processing time it needs to capture every data point without collision or loss.

All of this data is then pushed into the CRM into a custom object table, structured deliberately for ease of processing and built with AI enhancement in mind, so the foundation is ready for what comes next.

The result is a single, always on view of the entire buyer journey. No manual aggregation, no gaps, no guesswork.

Zeus captures everything. F.A.T.E. makes it mean something.

With hundreds of interactions per contact across the buyer journey, raw data alone tells an incomplete story. F.A.T.E. is the framework I built on top of that data to roll it up from individual touchpoints to account level intelligence, and from accounts to opportunities.

The result is a Salesforce dashboard that gives marketers a complete picture in one place. Which campaigns are performing. How the marketing funnel is moving. Which sources, mediums and platforms are delivering the highest return. Which URLs are driving the most traction. Which emails are generating the strongest engagement. Which accounts are warming up and which leads are aggressively consuming content across platforms. How engagement trends across time. And critically, how much of the total addressable market is actually being reached.

F.A.T.E. turns attribution from a reporting exercise into a strategic tool. It does not just show what happened. It shows where to go next.

B.A.T. — Behaviour Analytics Tool

Dashboards are powerful for overview and deep dive analysis. But they do not reveal patterns. They do not map how a buyer moves, what drives conversion, or how one data point connects to another across the journey.

B.A.T. introduces the AI layer. I integrated Claude into the ecosystem and built extensive skills, training it on the data it has access to, teaching it who each data point belongs to, how interactions relate to each other, and how to identify behavioural patterns and connections that build genuine buyer intelligence. The result is a tool that does not just report what happened but understands how and why it happened.

R.A.T. — Research Analysis Tool

Once the behavioural intelligence exists, the next step is planning. R.A.T. takes the data flowing from Zeus and uses it as the foundation for campaign research, enhanced by AI. I trained Claude to analyse the impact of past campaigns, channels, platforms and ROI, compare them against industry and persona benchmarks, and translate that analysis into targets, projections, corrections and recommendations. Campaign planning stops being an exercise in assumption and becomes a process grounded in evidence.

C.A.T. — Campaign Architecture Tool

Knowing what to do is one thing. Knowing how to build it is another. C.A.T. takes the theme and nature of an upcoming campaign and puts Claude to work. Trained on historical campaign data, it identifies similar past campaigns, compares their performance at every stage of the funnel, and recommends the best possible combination of elements including email subject lines, content formats, URL structures and form types. It goes further, suggesting themes for content marketing and providing detailed guidance on what to create and how to write it. Nothing is generic. Every suggestion is drawn from what the data says works.
